Quality Care, Patient Access and Streamlined Contracting
Northwest Rehab Alliance provides a select network of independent physical therapy and occupational therapy providers across the states of Oregon and Washington. We promote clinical success and cost-effective care by coordinating quality and utilization management programs. NWRA credentials all PT, OT and SLP providers. We provide each clinic with written treatment guidelines for a variety of diagnoses, gather customer service data and monitor clinical outcomes. Our service programs range from routine sprains and strains to intense post-operative rehabilitation.
Our panel of providers is intentionally limited to provide a streamlined and easily managed directory of providers delivering physical therapy and occupational therapy services within the major communities of Oregon and Washington. We provide access through over 200 sites of service and over 700 therapy providers. Depending upon the needs of your health plans, we can build upon our core panel of providers and service sites to meet virtually any insured population's needs for quality care. We enhance almost any benefit package by maximizing its value with cost-effective utilization and competitive pricing.
NWRA establishes contracts to serve carriers and providers to best meet the needs of their covered patients. NWRA can serve contracting needs by providing a single source for outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy care. HMO, PPO, MCO, Physician Groups, Physician IPAs, Insurer Health Plans, Workers Compensation Carriers and Self-Insured Employers may all inquire about how to initiate a contracted arrangement, by contacting Richard Katz at 800-219-8835 (in Oregon) or Ron Anderson at 509-892-5724 (in Washington). We can meet with you to determine how to best meet the needs of any health plan product. Beyond quality cost-effective care, we provide support with administrative services that include ongoing network development, delegated credentialing, patient satisfaction and clinical outcome monitoring and the ability to perform prior authorization and advice services to deliver only the most appropriate care to enrollees.
