Northwest Rehab Alliance is a not-for-profit independent practice association (IPA) operating a network of physical and occupational therapy providers throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. We are a mutual-benefit corporation and are owned by the therapy professionals who make up our membership.

At NWRA, we are a managed care organization that serves to promote therapy that is both an efficient use of health plan resources and provides a fair and equitable relationship between insurers and preferred provider organizations.
