Credentialing Services
NWRA Delegated Credentialing Program
Northwest Rehab Alliance features a network of over 1,600 physical, occupational, and speech therapy providers, all of whom maintain compliance with all national credentialing standards. Before any provider can join NWRA, they must be credentialed per the NCQA and URAC standards. Once a provider has started with us, they must be re-credentialed every 36 months. All this in an effort to ensure we're providing our clients with the highest-quality care possible!
Centralized credentialing for payers
Thanks to creating a centralized credentialing process, we are able to be both efficient and timely, something that all payers contracted with us have come to rely on. This process allows them to expedite attaching clinics and providers to panels, saving both time and money.
All of this results in a process that is better able to serve the needs of our members, and in turn allows our panel to be as current as possible, meeting payer needs. Network Development Services
Northwest Rehab Alliance Network Development
Finding unique or varied niche services for your clients can be a tedious and costly endeavor. That's why Northwest Rehab Alliance has built a robust panel of provider locations that are both accessible and geographically dispersed across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The capability of our network allows us to reduce the time and effort it takes for a health plan to meet the referring physician's needs and the specialized clinical interventions for their patients. All this results in the costs for provider recruiting, contracting, and onboarding being minimized for the health plans and PPOs we work with. For more information, contact us today.
Administrative Services
At Northwest Rehab Alliance, we help save both time and money by providing administrative services through a streamlined network for health plans, ACOs, CCOs, MCOs, and self-insured employers. This network allows for a cost-effective and broadly accessible panel of providers. We further our support by providing payers with continuing administrative services aimed at maintaining contract value for both payers and providers.
Our Administrative Services Save Time and Money
Northwest Rehab Alliance is your one-stop shop for a single-source, contracted panel of outpatient therapy providers across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. This allows us to reduce administrative costs to health plans by eliminating the need for recruiting, credentialing, negotiating, and contracting with providers. Our goal is to establish long-lasting relationships between our member clinics and the payers we serve. A relationship that allows us to save on the costs of provider relations, maintenance of panel information, and to streamline the completion of and adherence to compliance programming.
On a monthly basis, we provide demographic data and on-going relations support to ensure that all health plan panel information is up-to-date and accurate. We further reduce administrative expenses by providing payers with a single source data-sourcing option that allows them to obtain detailed information quickly and consistently, and by consolidating compliance attestation with HIPPA regulations and Fraud Waste and Abuse training.
Lastly, our communication systems allow for streamlined communication, allowing health plans to disseminate communications to all locations at no additional expense. We allow for quick and convenient forwarding of important provider updates through our communication conduit, providing a better experience overall for everyone involved.

Meeting NCQA and URAC Credentialing
At NWRA, we ensure a high degree of network quality to all our managed care organizations, including compliance with National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) and URAC credentialing standards, along with the maintenance of a continuous quality improvement program (CQI). We are a CareConnections network, with our member clinics employing standardized functional outcome tools and patient satisfaction surveys to detect and evaluate patient experience and clinical efficacy. We can also provide key quality metrics to health plans to further help assess the value of care paid for by plans.
Our members use the CareConnections Clinical Practice Guidelines as their benchmark for appropriate care. Through our access, cost containment efforts, and our many tools aimed at achieving positive patient outcomes, we provide value to both the payers and employers we serve.
See the Value of NWRA
Not only does Northwest Rehab Alliance establish provider contracts through fair and reasonable pricing strategies, but we are also on the cutting-edge of alternate payment models. These may include per diem fee rates, case rates, and bundled payment models for episodic care. Our administrative abilities allow us to assume "at risk" contracts like capitated and risk withhold fee-for-service agreements, which is an added benefit to payers.
At the heart of it all is our dedication to best serve the needs of our clients and their patients through providing cost containment measures and flexible pricing models.
